Joann and her husband, Brad, own the IM=X Pilates Studio in Mars, Pa. Joann, a certified IM=X Pilates Instructor, spent three years as a personal trainer in NYC where she was awarded "Top Trainer" with Bally Sports Club. Joann is known in the NYC fitness training circles for her success with her clients who have won the Bally's 30-Day Weight Loss Challenge. Joann holds certifications with IFPA, AFPA and AFAA for Personal Training, Pre/Postnatal Training, Kickboxing and Stretch. She is also certified in Mat Pilates by Power Pilates and has completed the two year process of becoming an IM=X Pilates Master Trainer. IM=X Pilates, which is known for its contemporary and strength-training approach to traditional pilates, requires Master Trainers to complete eight certifications. Joann, a native of the Pittsburgh area, resides in Gibsonia with her husband and is the proud mother of three lovely children. �

Brad, owner of the IM=X Pilates Studio, has a passion for fitness. Brad is certified in the IM=X Pilates Golf, Back, Senior, Pregnancy, Weight Loss Programs. Brad, an avid sports and fitness enthusiast, grew up in a family of coaches where he learned the power of exercise on the mind and body. Brad, a certified IM=X Pilates Instructor, has studied Resistance, Balance, Stability and Core Training. It is through IM=X Pilates' inclusion of resistance, cardiovascular and flexibility training that Brad realized "pilates is for men"! Opening an IM=X Pilates Studio has allowed Brad to marry his love for fitness and quest to provide people with better health.

| As a native of NW Ohio, Lisa finished her Bachelor's Degree in Science from Bowling Green State University where she was a member of the women's collegiate gymnastic team. She then went on to receive her Master's of Science Degree in Exercise Physiology from the University of Toledo in 1999. She completed her Teacher Certification with YogaFit in February 2004. She has taken continued education courses through YogaFit in specific areas such as Kid's Yoga and Senior Yoga. She currently resides in Valencia, with her husband and two beautiful children. |

| Melissa began practicing yoga 10 years ago and in February of 2008 she broadened her practice by teaching yoga. She teaches many levels of yoga which allows her to adjust her classes to accommodate the novice to the advanced student. Melissa teaches at several studios throughout the area along with running her own company, X-Yoga. Through X-Yoga, along with her business partner Kristen Lane, they lead yoga trainings and wellness programs that help focus on stress management. Melissa also works with Yoga at Work where she instructs yoga to employees at private companies/organizations. |

Wendy first tried yoga in the early 1990’s and was excited to begin a consistent practice in 2000. She completed introductory yoga teacher training (Yogafit 1) in 2003 and began teaching in 2005. In 2006, Wendy earned her RYT through the 3rd Street Yoga Studio with Joanne VandenHengel. Outside the studio, Wendy works as a Neuropsychologist and Adjunct Psychology professor. She continues to enjoy expanding her knowledge, personal practice, and training attending local and national workshops with yogis including Ray Long, MD, Desiree Rumbaugh, Judith Lasater, and Max Strom. She completed Judith Lasater’s Restorative Yoga Training in 2009. When practicing and teaching, Wendy’s style is enthusiastic and light-hearted sharing her love for yoga. She teaches vinyasa style classes incorporating Sun Salutations, warriors, and other poses to create a flowing class. She enjoys teaching classes and workshops that instill wellbeing through the use of restorative poses, pranayama exercises, and meditation. Wendy discovered IMX Pilates in 2008 and loves how it complements her yoga practice. |

| Donna Stephenson received her Spinning Instructor Certification in February 2010. Donna designs her classes according to the Spinning curriculum and likes to teach profiles with cardio intensity by blending speed work and climbs together. In addition to teaching indoor cycling classes, Donna is active in youth sports and was the varsity field hockey head coach at Pine-Richland High School for six years. Her background in coaching enables her to not only instruct our indoor cycling classes but also coach members through the rides. She is successful at leading classes with members at all different fitness levels and goals. |
